Founder & CEO

Luke Little is the Founder & CEO of Deep South Energy, a company focused on providing meaningful, reliable solutions to the continuous increase for energy costs year after year. 


Mr. Little has served on both sides of Capitol Hill as a policy advisor for U.S. Members of Congress and U.S. Senators in several subject areas such as economic development and energy. After leaving Capitol Hill, Luke founded Allevian Consulting, a firm that has led local, regional, and statewide economic development initiatives for clients, such as the Arkansas Biomanufacturing Workforce Initiative. Over the last five years, Allevian Consulting has secured $150+ million in grant funding on behalf of organizations of all sectors, scopes and sizes - from recently incorporated ventures to Fortune 10s. 


Additionally, Mr. Little has held many other leadership roles, such as the Director of Operations for a successful Congressional campaign and as VP of External Affairs at the Headquarters of Mississippi Small Business Development Centers, an agency of U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).
